On Berlin Street, the road had washed out
A female called police and whispered into the phone asking for help on Richardson Road.

Drug paraphernalia was reported on lawn on Lewis Street.
A person was threatened with a box cutter on North Main Street.
On Prospect Street, a dog kept following a child.

An incident of identity theft was reported on Perrin Street.
On Washington Street, “sketchy people” were visiting a resident.
A dog was barking on Hill Street.
On Lewis Street, a report about a suspicious car with lights flashing turned out to be people waiting for a friend.

A vehicle’s back windshield was smashed on Seminary Street.
On North Main Street, a male passed out.
An incident of fraud was reported to the police department.

Items were stolen from a vehicle on Highland Avenue.
