Dec. 25
Drug activity reported on South Main Street.
An upstairs window shot out by a BB gun at Highgate Apartments.
On Birch Street, a laser was shined into a woman’s home.
A brown leather wallet was lost on North Main Street.
Dec. 26
A damaged cellphone was found on South Main Street.
On North Main Street, a person was sleeping in the walkway next to the Blanchard Block.
Items were stolen from a room on South Main Street.
A friend took a resident’s debit card on Second Street and took $40 out of the resident’s account.
On North Main Street, a resident reported a person broke into their room and left human waste in the toilet.
Dec. 27
Drug activity was reported on Lewis Street.
An incident of fraud was reported on North Main Street.
On Prospect Street, a car was broken into.
An assault was reported on South Main Street.
On Spaulding Street, a cannabis pipe was stolen from an apartment.
Dec. 28
Wooden pallets were stolen on South Main Street.
A wallet was found on Maple Avenue.
Medication was stolen on South Main Street.
A driver was slumped over the steering wheel on North Main Street.
Dec. 29
A vehicle had been taken to a repair shop in the city and returned damaged.
On South Main Street, an incident of road rage was reported.
A bag of clothing was found and turned into the police department.
Illegal dumping was reported on North Main Street.
A male was walking in and out of traffic on North Main Street.
On Pleasant Street, a driver was driving past a house at a high rate of speed multiple times yelling, “I’m going to get you.”
Two packs of cigarettes were stolen from an apartment on Berlin Street.
Dec. 30
People were fighting in the road on North Main Street.
An assault was reported on North Main Street.
On North Main Street, a Rottweiler was located and returned to its owner.
A child on Summer Street called police to report she did not feel safe after a caregiver made comments about the child not being alive. The case was referred to the Department for Children and Families.
Dec. 31
Eggs were thrown at a vehicle on Elmore Street.
A basement was broken into on South Main Street.
