Emulate Cheney

In her book, “Oath and Honor,” she directly calls out for all of us, regardless of our political leanings, to come together to oppose the grave threat to our constitutional democracy that Donald Trump presents.

Cheney states that Trump has spoken quite directly regarding the irreparable damage he would unleash, resulting in the dissolution of our democracy by replacing it with an authoritarian government that would parallel the fascism of Hitler and other maniacal thugs.

We need to understand the gravity of what she has written. We need to stand up in opposition to Trump and his political allies. And, like Cheney, we need to have the courage and integrity to save our democracy that once was a beacon of hope for the world.
